Step 1: Provide Your Design or Idea
You simply need to share your idea with us, such as:

Step 2: We'll work together to select the style, fabric, and accessories.
Baseball caps offer a wide variety of construction and detailing options, and different markets prefer different styles. We'll recommend the right fit for you, or you can choose according to your brand's needs:

We'll only begin full production once you're satisfied with the sample.
Step 4: Start Mass Production
After you confirm the sample is correct, we'll begin mass production. The process includes:
Bulk procurement of fabric and accessories
Fabric cutting
Sewing and cap assembly
Logo embroidery or printing
Quality inspection, ironing, and cleaning
Packaging into bags or boxes
The typical mass production lead time is 15–30 days, depending on order quantity and the hat's craftsmanship.
Step 5: Strict Quality Inspection
During the production process, we conduct multiple quality inspections:
Logo placement and size are consistent
No skipped stitches and thread ends are neatly aligned
Size and shape meet standards
Edge banding and brim are neat and flat
Packaging is correct and re-inspected before shipment
If any defective product is found, we will repair or replace it to ensure the hat you receive is ready for sale.
Step 6: Packaging and Shipping

Packaging in inner and outer boxes
