1. Check the fabric

The fabric of the hat is one of the key factors that determine the quality. Different fabrics will affect the comfort, durability and appearance of the hat.

Cotton: good breathability, high comfort, suitable for daily wear.

Polyester-cotton blend: more durable, suitable for long-term use, but slightly less breathable.

Denim: wear-resistant, suitable for casual style, but relatively heavy.

Wool or woolen: strong warmth retention, suitable for cold weather, but requires more care.

2. Check the workmanship

Check the details of the hat, especially the following places:

Brim: The brim part should be stiff and stylish, not bent or loose.

Stitching: Check whether the stitching of the hat is even, whether there is any skipping or loose thread.

Label: Whether the brand label is clear, whether it indicates the material and washing instructions.

3. Check the comfort

The comfort of the hat is very important. Not only the appearance, but also the feeling of wearing it is the key.

Suitable head circumference: There should be an adjustment strap inside the hat, which can be adjusted according to different head circumferences to ensure a comfortable fit.

Breathability: Especially in summer, choosing a hat with good breathability can avoid excessive stuffiness.

Weight: The hat should not be too heavy, otherwise it will be uncomfortable to wear.

4. Check the color and printing

Poor quality hats often have uneven printing and the color fades easily. When checking the hat, you can gently rub the color part of the hat with your hand to see if it fades. If the printed part is blurred or falls off, it means that the quality of the hat is not good.

5. Check the structure of the hat

High-quality hats have strong structural properties and can maintain the original appearance of the hat without being easily deformed.

Hat body: The overall structure of the hat should be strong and will not collapse easily when worn.

Top of the hat: The top of the hat should be flat and natural in shape, and there should be no obvious wrinkles or irregular shapes.
